On the morning of June 17, 2021, Ms. Zhang Demei, an investigator from the Education Bureau of Bao'an District, Shenzhen, Mr. Luo Man, Deputy Chief of Supervision Division, Teacher Huang Jianhua, a cadre of preschool education in the first school district, Teacher Ye Guoxin, a financial officer, and an evaluation team composed of Ms. Jiao Yan, Chief Principal of Bao'an District Xinghua Preschool Education Group visited CDIK Bao'an campus to conduct a comprehensive inspection and detailed guidance on the evaluation work of the first-level kindergarten in Bao'an District.

2021年6月17日上午，由深圳市宝安区教育局调研员张德梅女士、督导科罗曼副科长、***学区幼教专干黄建华老师、财务干部叶国新老师及宝安区兴华幼教集团总园长焦艳女士等一行人组成的评估小组莅临冠萃国际幼儿园鸿景园校区，对园所宝安区区一级幼儿园评估工作进行***的检查和细致的指导。

The assessment report meeting officially started under the surveillance of Team Leader Jiao Yan. Shirley Yu, the principal of Crown Dream Education Bao'an Campus, made a self-assessment report on the basic situation of the kindergarten, she welcomed assessment and rectification, reviewed relevant work and experience, discussed existing problems and the direction of future efforts. After the self-assessment report, the first school district preschool teacher Huang Jianhua made recommendations for the first-level evaluation of CDIK Bao'an Campus. At the same time, investigators Ms. Zhang and Deputy Chief Luo delivered important speeches respectively.

评估专题报告会议在焦组长的主持下正式开始，于亚萍园长就幼儿园基本情况、迎评与整改情况、主要工作与经验及存在的问题与努力方向进行评估自评报告。自评报告后，黄建华老师为冠萃幼儿园作区一级评估推荐，同时，罗副科长和调研员张女士分别发表了重要讲话。

The members of the evaluation team visited the kindergarten under the leadership of the administrative leadership team, entered the classes to check the classroom environment, the distribution of regional materials, teacher educational behavior, etc., and also conducted serious evaluation and guidance on the hygiene of the canteen and the facilities and equipment of the kindergarten. At the same time, members of the evaluation expert group are very interested in the "prepared environment" of EYFS education and agree that the kindergarten environment truly embodies the educational philosophy of "learning through playing".

评估小组成员在行政领导班子的带领下参观了园所，进入班级实地查看教室环境、区域材料的投放、教师教育行为等，也对食堂卫生、园区设施设备进行认真的评估和指导。同时，评估专家组成员对EYFS教育"有准备的环境"非常感兴趣，认同幼儿园环境真正体现了“玩中学”的教育理念。

In the main hall, the expert group checked the relevant archives of our kindergarten's creation work in detail, and had an in-depth understanding of the kindergarten management, garden equipment, health care work, nursery and education work, etc. The kindergarten administrative team made serious records and patiently answered.

专家小组在主会场中详细地查看了我园创建工作的相关档案资料，深入了解幼儿园管理、园舍设备、卫生保健工作、保教工作等内容，幼儿园行政班子进行认真的记录，耐心地解答。

The members of the evaluation expert group held a seminar with the faculty and staff of various positions in CDIK Bao'an Campus, and conducted in-depth interviews concerning employees' professional well-being, sense of belonging, personal and collective value orientation, professional training, employee benefits, and parent work development.

评估专家组成员与冠萃幼儿园各岗位的教职员工进行座谈会，对员工职业幸福感、归属感、个人与集体的价值取向，和专业培训、员工福利、家长工作开展等方面进行深入交流。

After summarizing and discussing various topics with the expert group, the group leader Jiao Yan said in the summary feedback: We have seen a group of early childhood educators who have strong centripetal force, unity of knowledge and action, and full devotion to education. This is a vigorous team which the organizers use affection, the management uses heart, and the teachers uses force. In the context of pre-school education reform, education must blossom and achieve the same goal by different paths.
