On the morning of May 12,2021, CrownDream Futian Campus opened to the 38 responsible areas. We warmly welcome inspectors from 38 responsible districts, principals and teachers of all kindergartens to guide, communicate and learn.

2021年5月12日上午，冠萃碧海云天幼儿园对38责任区开放，热烈欢迎38责任区督学和各园所园长、老师们莅临我园参观指导和交流学习。

The headmaster and teachers visited the classes to observe the activities, and the interesting Messy play activities such as Saving Caterpillars, Dough Insects, Little Bakers- Handmade Noodles, and Counting and sorting bugs attracted the principal and teachers. They are influenced by the happy atmosphere of children's free exploration, and they joined and participated in the children's games.

园长和老师进班观摩活动环节，有趣的Messy play脏玩活动《解救毛毛虫》、《面团小昆虫》、《小小面点师--自制面条》《counting and sorting bugs》等活动吸引着观摩的园长、老师们，她们被活动中孩子们自由探索的快乐氛围所感染，纷纷加入并参与到小朋友游戏当中体验。

Teacher KD led them to visit children's toys in the outdoor areas, indoor facilities and public areas. Walking in the garden is natural, warm and lively, which brings visual impact to the principals and teachers. At the same time, we are also affected by the enthusiasm of teachers and the happy atmosphere of the children's independent exploration.

孔娣老师带领大家一起参观了园所公共区的特色户外区域，室内设施和儿童教玩具。漫步园内，自然温馨，灵动童趣，给园长老师们带来了视觉的冲击，同时也被老师阳光热情的精神面貌和孩子们自主探索的快乐氛围所感染。

The headmaster and teachers who visited the kindergarten were deeply impressed by the theme wall, the next plan wall, the circular creation of the integration of indoor and outdoor mathematical elements, the outdoor return to nature and the restoration of life. EYFS has a mud kitchen in the game area, the messy play area, the graffiti wall everywhere, and a tunnel of light and shadow. However, the creation of other environments showed great interest, and happened to stop and watch. They all gave thumbs up and recording a wonderful picture with the camera.

来园观摩的园长老师们对我园班级主题墙、下一步计划墙、室内外溶入数学元素的环创、户外回归自然、还原生活具有EYFS特色游戏区的泥巴厨房，脏玩区、随处可见的涂鸦墙，光影隧道等环境创设表现出浓厚的兴趣，不约而同的驻足观看，纷纷点赞，并用相机记录下一个个精彩的画面。

After visiting the kindergarten environment, the principals and teachers gathered in the activity hall to attend the sharing and exchange meeting among kindergartens in 38 responsible areas. Ms. Wu, the kindergarten director of our school, briefly introduced the school history, the optimization of the teaching staff, the efforts, the progress and changes in various aspects, and the comparison of the enrollment situation of our kindergarten.

参观完幼儿园的大环境后，园长老师们汇聚多功能厅参加了38责任区园所分享交流会。我园园长吴妍燊女士向大家简介分享了我园的办园历程、师资团队的优化，园所做的努力、各方面的进步和变化，以及招生情况对比等方面做了简要的分享。

Ms. Chily, as director of the Teaching and Research Center, explained that the foundation of our kindergarten is the core education project "Every child is unique" (EYFS). In addition, the implementation and sharing of the EYFS courses in China have been carried out in depth. It includes teacher training, and how the teachers provide learning, observation and evaluation support for unique children. Let the headmaster and teachers have a preliminary understanding of our CrownDream education ideals: "To create an extraordinary future for children" and "Every child is unique". In addition, a large number of activity photos and videos were used to make the headmasters and teachers intuitively understand further the development of EYFS courses in our kindergarten. The headmaster and teachers listened attentively and were enthusiastic about learning. They also made active speeches and answered questions. During the conversation, everyone shared their gains and said that they had benefited a lot from the activity. In particular, they are full of praise for the "next plan wall" of every class in our kindergarten, and thought that the "messy play" was great! The atmosphere is active, in the process of communication to further promote the connotation of the development with the kindergarten, and learning between the kindergarten and grow up together.

冠萃教育教研中心总监宋春蕾女士向大家讲解了我园是以英国EVERY CHILD IS UNIQUE（简称EYFS）的核心教育纲领，以及EYFS课程在中国落地、实施分享、师资培训和给予老师的支持、以及老师是如何给予***孩子的支架学习、观察、评估等方面做了深入概括性分享。让园长老师们初步的了解到我们冠萃教育理想：“创造孩子非凡未来”、“每一个孩子都是***的”。还运用大量的活动照片、视频让园长老师们直观地进一步了解我园的EYFS课程开展情况。园长老师们专注地听讲学习热情高涨，并积极涌跃发言，现场互动答疑解惑。交谈中大家大胆的分享自己的所得所获，并纷纷表示在本次活动中受益匪浅，特别是对我园各班的”下一步计划墙“给予好评，觉得”脏玩活动”特别棒！现场气氛活跃，在相互交流的过程中进一步推动各园所内涵发展，促进园所之间的互学共进，共同成长。

Ms. Xu, the director of the 38 responsible areas, affirmed and thanked the opening of our kindergarten. In view of the continuous progress and changes of kindergarten since its opening more than one year ago, CrownDream Futian Campus has carried out EYFS curriculum activities with high dedication and attention to children, which is a favorite activity for children and has done well. In particular, we hope that CrownDream Futian campus can continue to develop. It's not only needed by parents, but also needed by the 38 responsible district kindergartens.

38责任区许敏督学组长对我园今天的开放活动给肯定和表示感谢。表扬冠萃碧海云天幼儿园在短短开园1年多时间里不断地进步和变化，以孩子为主，高投入全身心开展EYFS课程活动，是孩子喜欢的活动做得非常好。特别希望碧海云天幼儿园能持续发展，因为这样的幼儿园不仅是家长需要的，也是38责任区园所需要的。

Dingling Wang, a superintendent of 38 Responsible District, said in the final concluding speech: "With the support of CrownDream Futian campus Kindergarten, 38 Responsible District is the first time to carry out the communication and learning between kindergartens in such a form, which provides a good platform for communication and learning for all kindergartens. We are very satisfied with what we saw in the whole process of opening up. I really envy the EYFS course in kindergarten of  CrownDream Futian Campus, but I do not hate it. First of all, the courses of EYFS, such as kindergarten of CrownDream Futian Campus, are exactly what we expect. We can clearly see that the whole education system is complete, including the support for teachers, their learning and development. Second, it is the ideas and activities for children to learn and develop, as long as the child do not cause any danger. On the premise of ensuring safety, we must support child's learning and boldly let children learn and develop through trial and error. Appreciating CrownDream Futian Campus Kindergarten reflects child's respect for natural development, children's study in the natural state and the interaction between teachers and students. Besides, the materials, learning methods and life-oriented learning provided by teachers are all very good. Third, environmental support. Both the prepared environment in the classroom and the regional environment are focused on the practical and operational learning of the children, providing a better platform for their learning and development. It is very good. I hope that after visiting today's activities, the headmaster and teachers of every kindergartens can reflect on today's highlights, so that their kindergartens can be improved.

38责任区王定灵督学***总结性发言中表示：“在冠萃碧海云天幼儿园的支持下，38责任区是***次以这样的形式开展园所之间的交流学习，很好的为各园所提供交流学习的平台，在整个开放活动的过程中，看到的都很满意。对冠萃碧海云天幼儿园EYFS课程真的是羡慕、嫉妒但没有恨。***，冠萃碧海云天幼儿园这样的EYFS课程正是我们所期望的课程模式，我们清晰地看到整个是一个完整的教育体系，包括对教师的支持，支持教师的学习和发展。第二，是对孩子的学习发展观念的认同，活动中只要对孩子没有造成什么危险，在保证安全的前提下，一定要去支持孩子的学习，大胆地让孩子在试错中学习与发展，很欣赏碧海云天幼儿园在尊重孩子的自然发展规律，在自然状态中的学习，教师与孩子的互动、教师给孩子提供的材料，学习的方式、生活化的学习都做得非常好。第三，就是环境的支持。无论是教室里有准备的环境、区域环境都是偏重点孩子的实践操作学习，给孩子提供更好地学习发展的平台。做的非常好，希望各园所的园长老师们观摩后，看到的今天活动中的亮点要加以反思，让自己的园所有更好的提升。”

Finally, Director Xu expressed her gratitude for the opening of CrownDream Futian campus Kindergarten. It also presented a small souvenir to the inspector and headmaster of the kindergarten, with a newly-launched high-tech product "Laser Box" engraved with the LOGO of CrownDream and the signatures of the headmaster and teachers. In a happy group photo, the opening activities were successfully concluded.
