Montessori once said, “Never disturb a child unless you are invited to do so.” The educational philosophy behind this statement conveys, “Respect children's autonomy and independence, and emphasize giving them enough freedom and space during their development, allowing them to explore and learn freely.”
In order to help parents better understand their children's life and learning in kindergarten, and to enhance interaction and communication between home and school, our kindergarten held a Parents' Open Day event from November 12th to 15th. During this event, we encouraged parents to participate as listeners, observers, and participants, to feel the growth and progress of Gumi and to share in their joy of development.
The English activity with foreign teachers has begun! Let's witness the children's magical moments in English! The much-anticipated international English activity with experienced foreign teachers has officially started! Here, the children follow their foreign teachers and immerse themselves in fun-filled English learning. Carefully designed interactive games and lively music rhythms help them easily grasp English amid laughter and joy. This unique activity not only ignites the children's interest in learning but also builds their confidence in expression, allowing each child to shine on the international stage!
Teachers in each class, based on the children's ages, previous experiences, and interests, carefully prepared a variety of engaging games and themed activity corners. These activities encourage Gumi to observe, think, explore, and express themselves through hands-on interaction.

The wonderful moments of Gumi actively participating and experiencing the game activities~
One hour of outdoor activities, focusing on the quality of physical exercise! Under the teachers' guidance, children of different age groups enthusiastically engaged in lively physical activities, their energy inspiring parents who had initially stopped to watch to join in. During this joyful parent-child interaction time, parents stretched their bodies alongside their children, sharing moments of laughter and fitness together.
As the half-day open activities drew to a close, the homeroom teachers, both Chinese and foreign, invited parents to join a discussion and share their thoughts. They analyzed and provided feedback on each part of the open day, highlighting the educational value and children's behaviors observed during the activities. At the end, the kindergarten invited parents to fill out a “Parent Feedback Questionnaire” to gather insights on school management, education, and support services. Parents also shared their joy of witnessing their children's growth in the comment section.
