In order to enrich the lives of children in kindergartens, the International Culture Festival and Reading Month event; "China Embraces the World", officially kicked off on November 1, 2024 at the Hongjing Campus of Crown Dream International Kindergarten! Let's experience the customs of different countries, taste the cuisine of different countries, make the clothing of different countries, and experience the characteristics of different countries. Let the Little Gumi have fun while broadening their horizons and learning more about diverse cultures. During this journey of exploration, the Little Gumi learned to respect, appreciate, and understand various cultures, and also further enhanced their pride in their local culture through learning.
Walk, look, listen, and find differences between our own culture and others. Each class first learns about the national flags of various countries to deepen the impression of the Little Gumi. By appreciating the local cuisine, architecture and customs, the Little Gumi can feel the culture of various countries as if they were there.
On the day of the event, the Little Gumi dressed up as characters representing their countries and picture books and entered the park. Some wore gorgeous traditional British costumes, some dressed up as cute Australian animals, and some were transformed into mysterious Indian dancers... Facial painting added a touch of color to the children, as if they were little messengers coming from different countries.
