In today's world of rapidly developing Internet and intermingling cultures, it is an important part of the curriculum of kindergarten education for children to acquire the knowledge, attitudes and skills necessary for future global citizenship. In order for children to appreciate the humanities, geography, customs and even language of different countries, to fully experience multiculturalism, to feel the cultural differences between countries around the world, to learn to respect, appreciate and understand each country's culture, and then to develop a global perspective and build a pattern of global citizenship, Futian Campus has launched a World Culture Diversity Week of experiential activities to explore the colorful world. In the class, the teachers led the children to learn about the names, flags, geographical location, climate, cuisine, customs, costumes, architecture, songs and dances, and representative things of each country, and the Cuibaos gained a preliminary understanding of each country.
Children's learning is mainly in the form of games, so learning through playing became the main way for the Cuibaos to learn more about each country. The teachers designed a lot of interesting group activities and the children participated actively in them. Look how focused and serious they were during the activities!
Children fully engage their senses in exploration, are curious about things, actively participate in open-ended activities, and do hands-on work to deepen their perception of each country's culture. Three-dimensional pyramids, handmade flags, colorful masks, calligraphy creation ... rich cultural elements in the children's minds to form links with their existing knowledge and experience.
The Little World Expo was the last stop of this global tour. Here, the Cuibaos deeply perceived the special things of different countries and learned and understood different cultures with a diverse perspective and inclusive mindset through hands-on experience. Here, the Diocesan students enjoy observing and experiencing the representative culture of each country.

Russian nesting dolls and tetris are the representative things of Russia. Children exercise their minds by manipulating these materials to perceive shapes, sizes, spatial orientation, etc.
The K3 grade organized a sharing session about the customs of each country at . Each class presented a "country board" and the young representatives shared their basic knowledge about the country on stage, showing them the food, rare animals, architecture, geography and costumes of different countries, which fully exercised K3's language skills and ability to understand the world.
World Culture Diversity Week integrates the 7 major areas of EYFS education into different activities for each grade level, bringing the diverse world into the children's vision, giving them unique cognitive experiences, enlightening their beautiful minds with free exploration, and lighting up their colorful childhood with rich activities, so that they can take a step forward to become the future young citizens of the world!
