Sukhomlynsky, the famous Soviet educator once said “If you want teachers gain pleasure during their daily repeating work, you should lead teachers to the happy path of engaging in research ". In this term, we can see that research work is important in the education work. In the first half of this year, the Crowndream EYFS team has organized 105 education research and activities. It follows that Crowndreamer’s has attached great importance and passion to the research work.

前苏联***教育实践家和教育理论家苏霍姆林斯基在《给教师的100条建议》中说道：“如果你想让教师的劳动能够给教师带来乐趣，使天天上课不至于变成一种单调乏味的义务，那你就应当引导每一位教师走上从事研究这条幸福的道路上来”。可见在教育工作中，教研工作十分重要。在今年的上半年，冠萃教育的三家园所共举办了105场教研培训及活动，可谓是“天下之势，以渐而成；天下之事，以积而固”。这个数据的背后，积累的是冠萃人对教研工作的重视和热情。

With the start of July, the Crowndream Academy team held the first education research commendation ceremony in the Crowndream headquarters, which makes a good start for the next half year’s research work.

随着7月伊始，冠萃教研中心便在集团总部举行了首届教研***表彰大会，为下半年的教研工作拉开了崭新的帷幕。

Lunch at headquarters

After the commendation ceremony, teachers went to the headquarters canteen for the delicious lunch. They look so nice in the Crowndream green uniform.

颁奖仪式结束后，获奖老师们齐聚总部自助餐厅，一起享用美味午餐。身着优雅冠萃绿制服的她们，是餐厅里***靓丽的风景线。

The commendation ceremony ended here, but the development and progress of crowndreamers are still keep going. No matter where we are, we will countinue to make our own contributions to preschool education and to promote the development of preschool education in China.

本次颁奖典礼到这里就正式画上了句号，但冠萃人的进步和发展却在持续着。冠萃人聚是一团火，散是满天星。冠萃人无论在哪儿，都一定会持续的为学前教育做出自己的贡献，为推动中国学前教育的发展献出自己的爱与力量！
