The Teacher Development Day otherwise known as TDD, was introduced on the school calendar in 1988 in most English schools, on which school sessions are not run and the children do not attend school but the teaching staff are required to attend training or complete administrative tasks. This day is for school to provide opportunities to improve skills and professional capacity of teaching staff and school governors to offer better efforts on teaching and school's running in the future.

教师发展日（Teacher Development Day），又称TDD，起源于1988年的英国，已拥有三十余年的历史。目前在大多数英语***的学校中被当作年度大事件被排在校历中，在活动当天，这些学校不开学、学生不上学，但教职员工及学校管理者仍会在学校参加培训或完成管理任务。教师发展日旨在以幼儿园为教职员提供技能提升机会，以提高他们的教学技能和专业能力，为幼儿园未来发展输送教学课程更新及战略方向。

Stephanie, from the United States, has been get in touch with drama in 2017 and has conducted three years English drama teaching. This day, she combined the second language learning with drama teaching to help teachers enjoy the fun of learning, dig out a lot of genius ideas. She also led teacher to think from the perspective of children: what kind of scene is most attractive, how to help children to be willing to learn.

Stephanie来自于美国，和戏剧结缘于2017年，曾在英文戏剧研究上进行了3年的实验教学；当天，在她的带领下，将第二语言的学习与戏剧教学法相结合，老师们一起感受玩中学的乐趣，挖掘出许多古灵精怪的创意，站在孩子的角度，***地思考什么样的情景***吸引人，怎么样玩孩子才愿意学。
