In order to strengthen the teaching team, help teachers develop, and create a good learning atmosphere for teachers, the Crownuara Academy launched cross-campus observation and learning activities.

为了加强教师队伍建设，助力教师成长，营造良好的教师学习氛围，冠萃教研中心发起了一场冠萃园所间的交叉观摩教研活动。

Leading teachers from CDIK Baoan campus led by the teaching director, went to Futian campus, from the outdoor environment to the indoor classroom, from the curriculum activities to the second language environment, for the first comprehensive observation and learning.

冠萃鸿景园的骨干老师们在教学主任的带领下来到冠萃碧海云天幼儿园，从公共环境到班级环境，从课程活动到二语环境，进行了首次***的观摩学习。

With a humble learning attitude, the teachers visited the outdoor areas and each class. Everyone watched and discussed, and kept using the camera to record the highlights.

老师们怀着谦虚学习的态度，兴致盎然地参观了园所公共区域及各班级。大家边看边讨论，不断用相机记录下一个个亮点。

In the end, the teachers gathered and shared their observations and learning. All teachers said that this activity had benefited them a lot. The teachers analyzed the ingenious combination of outdoor environment and mathematics, the development of messy play in the class, and the complementary class themes and environment. They discovered many remarkable advantages and offered valuable and effective suggestions.

同时老师们表示，要立即行动起来，把学习到的东西快速运用起来，以实践促进步。那么成果如何呢？

A week later, the teachers from Futian campus came to Baoan campus with the same learning attitude. First, the person in charge of the campus gave a detailed explanation of the arrangement of the observation and learning activities.

一周后，冠萃碧海云天幼儿园的老师们带着同样的学习心态来到了鸿景园。

首先园所负责人对来访老师的观摩活动安排进行了细致的说明。

Under the guidance of Director Wu, the teachers from Futian campus entered the classes of the corresponding age group for observation. Teachers recorded these wonderful moments by hands and camera.

在鸿景园邬主任的指引下，碧海园的老师们进入到了相对应年龄段的班级进行针对性的观摩。在观摩过程中，老师们用手中的笔和相机记录下精彩点滴。

From the overall environmental layout of the class to each of the functional areas of the kindergarten, from the design and development of class activities to the teacher-child relationship development, from themed activities to the physical exercises, the teachers from Futian campus gave high compliment. At the same time, we shared opinions and suggestions on some issues.

从班级整体的环境布局到园所的各功能区，从班级活动的设计开展到师幼关系的维持，从主题活动到园所体能大循环，碧海园的参访老师对鸿景园给予了高度评价。同时也针对一些共性问题提出了中肯的意见。

The teachers also expressed their need to bring these experience back to the kindergarten and use it to promote the overall improvement.

老师们也都表示要把参观学习的经验带回本园运用，促进幼儿园整体的提升。

On the one hand, on-site teaching observations and campus visits have allowed teachers to gain new teaching concepts and classroom management methods, teachers gain experience in multiple ways, open up teachers’ new ideas on environmental details and curriculum design, and achieve growth purpose. On the other hand, the campus observation, teaching and research, and promotes the friendly relationship between the campuses to help each other and make progress together.

多见者博，多闻者智。一方面，现场教学观摩及园所参观让老师们收获了新的教学理念和班级管理方法，通过***直观的方式收获经验，打开老师们对环境细节创设和课程设计的新思路，达到共同成长的目的。另一方面，园所交叉观摩教研，促进了园所之间互帮互助、共同进步的友好关系。
