Winter is the quietest during the year, spring is the most vigorous, summer is the most energetic, and autumn is the most poetic season.

The breeze of autumn is the most refreshing.

Missed the first cup of milktea in autumn, then the first date in autumn must be well prepared.

At the end of October, all teachers and staffs of Crown Dream Kindergarten Futian Campus organized 2020 union team building activity.

01

To enhance the communication and the spirit of teamwork between colleagues, a "militarized" team building activity started.

After simple warm-up activities, we formed three small teams quickly, and a game between teams began.

The first contest: Team appearance competition.

After the team leader received the task, she quickly conveyed it to all team members. All members were mobilized to discuss plans and rehearse within a limited time.

We have a devilish pace.

We have creative and funny formations.

We have sonorous slogans and singing.

Splits and rollovers are not a problem.

The second contest: Talent competition - "King of Dance".

It was said that kindergarten teachers are all talented, and improvisation is so easy for us!

In this era, no one can escape the popular songs from TikTok.

Youth is the rhyme of our movement.

Acting cute is one of our strengths.

Energetic and hot dance, this new “girls group” aroused everyone’s applause.

Here, only souls filled with vitality.

02

We hiked and climbed, listened to the sound of the waves hitting the reef, and enjoyed the view of mountains.

The magnificent and beautiful cliffs attracted us to stop moving forward.

03

The waves were surging and reignited our passion.

The sun is not stingy at all, and it radiates light.

We rolled up our sleeves and trousers, let’s set up the site.

We walked and romped by the sunset.

The bonfire started to rise when the night fell. The flame seems to break through the coolness and darkness of the night. The sea breeze blows gently at night. We gathered with the bonfire party start.

1."Stand up against your back".

Through close physical contact, everyone is getting closer with laugh, and there are more trust and tacit understanding.

“Save Kindergarten’s Water”

This is a passing game. Everyone tried their best, adjusted their position, kept the water in the cup as much as possible.

The game is simple, but the truth is: everything we do is the outcome of the team, and the whole team wins or loses  together. Only by being the individual, then become the one in the team.

After the game, tonight's "highlight" was staged.

Through the "drawing" of the host, and cued "birthday staffs". After accepting the "punishment" of the game, everyone’s eyes were shining by the candles.

In the cheerful birthday song, the birthday stars wear bling bling birthday headbands and gradually gather around. Everyone gathers for fate and celebrates their birthday together.

Under the cool sea breeze and the swaying candlelight, the birthday stars made beautiful wishes; we sang birthday songs and our best wishes.

If I had a sparkler, then I have the magic!

The dark night and the dazzling sparklers are a perfect match. The flaming sparklers are like light and hope, let us feel the love and warmth.

"You look so beautiful when you smile, like a flower in the spring, blowing away all your troubles and sorrows."

We ended the romance of this autumn night in singing.

The delicious food is waiting ahead. The boiling hot pot ad barbecue party is coming! Everyone chatted happily at the dinner table, let off the mood in the karaoke.

It's late at night, and Gumi took everyone on the return journey!

We hope that everyone who works hard can find warmth in the embrace of the team and give the soul a peace of mind.
