During the Ice Breaking, each member was quickly bonding and explore everyone’s potential to achieve the 1 + 1> 2. By breaking the inherent barriers and finding ways to improve the whole bonding, they understood how powerful the group and individuals can make. Finally, they lay a good foundation for the effective team with necessary conditions: a free expression of own idea, and the willingness to listen to others.

在这个项目的过程中，每个队员快速凝练即时团队，发掘1+1>2团队潜能，突破固有习惯障碍，寻找提升组织机能渠道。正确理解团体与个体、团队成员之间的关系；完善人格，实现畅快表达意愿和聆听别人的观点，***终为形成高绩效团队奠定基础。

Encourage the Morale: Hit the Drum

On the ancient battlefield, drums were always essential---- boost morale! Today we play drums in different way.

古代战场开战时总是少不了打鼓，因为鼓声可以让士气大涨！今天，我们换一种方式击鼓。

Things will never follow your wishing way, a ball deviate from its original track is the most common in our daily life. every time the new changes occur, we need to alter to solve new problems ---- attitude determine everything. So, no matter what happens, we must face it with positive attitude, and we believe that we can turn all the bad things around if we make every steps right.

工作中，事态的发展就像落下的球，球总会偏离原来的轨迹，发生新的变化，而我们就要做出适宜变化的调整，解决新的难题；领悟态度决定一切，所以不管发生什么事，都要以***积极向上的态度去面对，相信做好每一步就能让事情发生转机。

The leader plays an important role to guide everyone's emotions back to the right track ---- inspire all member to be mutual trust, learn to cooperate with each other, and build up a harmony and cohesion atmosphere.  At the same time, it also tells the fact that we cannot be anxious on the way to succeed.

***在团队情绪发生变化时要起领头羊的作用，引导众人的情绪走向正轨，并且激励团队建立起团队的信任，并且学会互相配合，增加团队的和谐程度和凝聚力，做事的效率就会自然而然的提高了；同时，也让我们明白凡事都不可以急功近利的道理。

The last activity is the graduation wall with 4.2 meters high, which also has a named of the wall of life and death. When you climb over it, everyone can't use any external tools, including clothes, belts, ropes, etc., the only resource is the body.

拓展***一个项目叫毕业墙，也叫生死墙。全队所有成员在规定的时间内翻越一面高4.2米的光滑墙面，在此过程中，大家不能借助任何外界的工具，包括：衣服、皮带、绳子等，所能用的资源仅仅只有每个人的身体。

To face the difficulty, though there has some doubts and frustrations after we heard that is no tools, once we touched the wall, no one is delayed, in the end, we completed the challenge in 18 minutes and 8 seconds!

困难当前，团队中曾出现质疑、气馁的声音，但***终我们在用时18分08秒的时间完成了挑战！

This experience is new for everyone, but we still can feel the strength and cohesion sprit of the whole team. The communication, coordination, cohesion, innovation and action are all the keys to success. The capacity of a team is not only a sum of its members, but also a new force that exceeds all team member’s capacity in both quantity and quality!

整个上午的经历让大家感到的不仅仅是新鲜、刺激，更多的还是在完成项目的过程中，大家体验到团队的力量，团队的沟通力、协调力、凝聚力、创新力、行动力是这个团队制胜的关键所在。一个团队的整体能力并不是所属成员能力的简单相加之和，它是一种无论在数量还是质量上都超出原有成员能力的新的力量！
